Painting and drawing have always been a passion for Diana, who worked as a nurse in the NHS for many years. After completing a diploma in botanical illustration, which allowed her to combine art with her love of plants, she did a BA (Hons) in art and design, which led to a silver medal for an illustration in a group exhibit at the RHS Botanical Art and Photography Show in London. She is also a painting member of the Eden Project Florilegium Society.
